Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of PromptCraft Academy, operated by Accelerate AI (“PromptCraft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We retain the company name here until a verified legal entity name, address, and governing jurisdiction are available.

2. The Service

PromptCraft is a practical AI learning service that may provide courses, lessons, quizzes, hands-on missions, prompt practice and feedback, personalized learning paths, progress tracking, saved prompts, a playground, and AI-assisted learning content. Features, content, limits, and availability may change. Organization-level features such as shared workspaces, seat management, SSO, manager assignments, company knowledge ingestion, and department reporting are not included in these Terms as current product guarantees.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet obligations that cannot be excluded by law.

Supported sign-in methods may include Google, LinkedIn, email and password, and email magic links. Provider terms and account security practices also apply to the sign-in method you choose.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

PromptCraft may offer free access and paid Pro access. Paid access and its limits are described on the pricing or checkout experience presented to you.

  • Web: Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe may provide the checkout, billing, invoice, and customer-portal experience.
  • iOS: If an in-app purchase is offered, Apple processes it through the App Store. Apple's terms, payment rules, and subscription management controls apply. Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through Apple's subscription settings.
  • Cancellation: Cancel a web subscription through the available account or Stripe portal controls, or cancel an applicable iOS subscription through Apple. Cancelling does not automatically delete your PromptCraft account.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the payment provider's rules and applicable law. We do not promise refunds beyond those requirements.
  • Changes: Prices, taxes, features, and plan limits may change. Where notice is required, we will provide it through the Service or another appropriate channel.

5. User content

You retain rights you have in prompts, mission submissions, and other content you submit. You grant PromptCraft a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and provide the feature you requested. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6. AI features and learning use

AI-generated explanations, scores, feedback, prompts, courses, and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They are learning aids, not professional, legal, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for checking outputs, protecting confidential information, and making decisions about how to use them. Do not use the Service to submit information you are not authorized to share.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
  • Share account credentials or resell access without written permission.
  • Submit content that is deceptive, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized.
  • Attempt to access another account, bypass limits, or defeat security controls.
  • Interfere with the Service, overload it, or use unauthorized automated access.
  • Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from PromptCraft content without permission.

8. Our content and license

PromptCraft and its licensors own the Service, including its software, branding, courses, lessons, quizzes, graphics, and other materials, except for user content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your personal or authorized internal learning use. We may revoke this right if you breach these Terms.

9. Availability and disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE, CONTENT, AI OUTPUTS, OR ANY PARTICULAR FEATURE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. EXCEPT FOR ANY RIGHTS OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account through the available self-service control in Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or Terms-related reasons. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; review the applicable controls before taking either action. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Where notice is required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
