1. About this policy

Accelerate AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operator of PromptCraft Academy, provides a practical AI learning service through web and, where available, native iOS experiences. This policy describes the information processed when you visit or use the Service and the choices available to you. We retain the company name here until a verified legal entity name, address, and governing jurisdiction are available.

2. Information we process

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: Your name, email address, profile image, password-related account data, and provider account details when you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, email and password, or an email magic link.
  • Learning information: Your selected role, goals, experience, preferences, course and lesson progress, quiz responses, XP, levels, streaks, review activity, and learning paths.
  • User content: Prompts, mission submissions, prompt scores and feedback, saved prompts, playground activity, and information you include when requesting generated learning content.
  • Contact information: Name, email, company, approximate team size, inquiry category, message, and related support or sales correspondence submitted through the contact form.
  • Purchase information: Subscription status and identifiers needed to provide access. Stripe processes web payment details. If an App Store purchase is offered in the iOS experience, Apple processes the transaction and we may receive the transaction information needed to associate its status with your PromptCraft account.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical information: Browser or app information, device information, IP address, user agent, and basic request details.
  • Cookies and session data: Essential cookies and related session information used for sign-in, security, and service operation.
  • Anti-spam signals: The contact form uses rate limiting and may store a shortened hash of an IP address and the submitted user agent to help prevent abuse.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide sign-in, account, course, lesson, quiz, mission, and prompt features.
  • Recommend and personalize learning paths and review activities.
  • Generate requested learning content and provide prompt scoring or feedback.
  • Track progress and maintain saved prompts and other user-requested content.
  • Process, verify, and manage web or applicable iOS subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages, including account and contact-form confirmations.
  • Respond to support, product, sales, and workforce enablement inquiries.
  • Secure the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.

4. AI-powered features

PromptCraft uses OpenAI-powered features for learning assistance, prompt scoring, feedback, comparisons, and requested course or lesson generation. Information you submit to those features, such as a prompt, mission response, or course request, may be sent to OpenAI to produce the requested result. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so and have considered the risks. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before being used in real work.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with providers only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database services for account and application data.
  • Stripe: Web subscription checkout, billing, and customer subscription management.
  • Apple: App Store payment and subscription services when an iOS purchase option is available.
  • OpenAI: AI-powered learning features described above.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery, including contact confirmations and service messages.
  • Authorities or advisers: Where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or the Service, or in connection with a business transfer.

Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent practices.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Application data is stored using Supabase database and authentication services. Contact submissions are stored so we can respond and maintain an inquiry record. We use access controls, encryption features, and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period where the appropriate period depends on the type of information or applicable requirements.

7. Your choices and account controls

  • Access and portability: While signed in, use Account Settingsto export available account data as a JSON file.
  • Correction: Update available profile details and learning preferences in Account Settings.
  • Deletion: Use the account deletion control in Account Settings to request deletion of the PromptCraft account and associated application data. The action is designed to be permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Subscription controls: Manage web subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal. Manage applicable App Store subscriptions through Apple device subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting a PromptCraft account.
  • Other requests: Use the contact formfor a request that is not available through self-service.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. International processing

Our providers and their infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. We do not make a regional data-residency promise in this policy. The places and safeguards used for processing can depend on the provider and applicable requirements, so review the providers' policies if that information is important to you.

10. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
